We are all a tribe.

YouTube entertains the hamster in my brain, but it also gets the wheels turning sometimes. I came across this video a few months ago, and it has really given me another perspective on life; and as anyone who knows me knows that I like to look at life from all sides of the die, so to speak.

Basically, people form tribes, and each tribe operates on a level that resonates with an particular paradigm. There are five levels, and they go something like this: Level One operates with the idea that life sucks. Level Two includes tribes that say "my life sucks". Level Three is I'm great, but only if I'm better than you. Level Four says we're great, and we can accomplish great things by being great together. Level Five, the highest, has the perspective of life is great.

It's a great video, and Logan can explain the tribal system much better than I can, so if the intellectual stuff strikes your fancy, you should give it a looksie.

As John Green said, "There is no 'them', there are only facets of 'us'."
